THE SCORE PROGRAM IS ONGOING TO STRENGTHEN ORGANIZATIONAL EFFICIENCY, COMPETITIVENESS, AND GOVERNANCE.
On June 9, 2025, the SCORE program of the YEPP project “Supporting Youth Employment”, which will be implemented until December 2026, was launched at the IBIS Hotel.
The event was attended by social partners in the cashmere sector implementing the Score program, including the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection, the International Labor Organization, the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, the Mongolian Light Industry Workers’ Union, international master trainers and national trainers of the Score program, and cashmere industry producers.
The project will introduce know-how to strengthen the productivity, competitiveness, and governance of enterprises, improve employee skills, create opportunities for companies to grow and increase competitiveness, and create opportunities in labor relations that meet the interests and future goals of young people.
In this way, the 5 companies participating in the project will successfully implement and implement in their own companies’ operations a model of good practice by introducing productive and decent employment relations and governance recognized in the light manufacturing sector.
On June 10, 2025, employees of 5 selected companies will receive classroom training from international and basic trainers on the Score program at the Wool and Cashmere Association training hall, and on the 12th-13th, national trainers will organize practical training at the factories.
