THE NATIONAL TRAINER TRAINING COURSE OF THE SCORE PROGRAM TO STRENGTHEN BUSINESS UNIT STRUCTURE, COMPETITIVENESS, AND GOVERNANCE HAS BEEN BEGUN.

Today, the SCORE training program for training trainers has begun in connection with the implementation of the “Youth Employment Promotion Project” (YEPP) project in the cashmere sector, supported by the Government of the Republic of Korea.

In the opening speech of the National Trainer Training Course, Altantsetseg.D, Executive Director of the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, said that the Score program has been successfully implemented in 35 countries around the world for 15 years. The project implementing party, which has chosen the cashmere sector to work on strengthening enterprise productivity, competitiveness, and governance, expressed its sincere gratitude to the international trainer who came from faraway Indonesia to share their extensive experience and knowledge in the Mongolian cashmere sector, as well as to the national trainers who have expressed their willingness to work as trainers. The project also emphasized that your knowledge, experience, involvement, and efforts will undoubtedly make a valuable contribution to the practical implementation of the Score program.
The national coordinator of the project, Javzandulam.M, gave a brief introduction to the project, mentioning that the Mongolian cashmere industry professional association is implementing the ILO Score program in cooperative enterprises and making it a reality, and wished them success. As part of the program, from 2nd to 14th June, 2025, selected companies will be provided with training and consulting services by the ILO SCORE program master trainer and international consultant Jeff Christiano, as well as national trainers.
Within the framework of this project, 8 national trainers will be trained and the following 5 module programs will be implemented in the cashmere sector at Cashmere Holding LLC, Khanbogd Cashmere LLC, Blue Sky Cashmere LLC, Capra Doro Cashmere LLC, and Goyol Cashmere LLC. As follows:
• Improving workplace collaboration
• Improving the quality management system
• Update the productivity management system
• Improving the human resource management system
• Work will be organized to update the occupational health and safety management system.
Furthermore, will develop and disseminate good practices and methodologies to introduce productive and decent employment relations in the cashmere sector.
