The discussion meeting of the SCORE programm under the YEPP project which is promoting youth employment promotion was held among the administrations of Cashmere Holding LLC, Khanbogd Cashmere LLC, Blue Sky Cashmere LLC, Capra Doro Cashmere LLC and national trainees on 7th July 2025.
It was emphasized that Module 1 of the Score program, or workplace collaboration, of selected companies focused on improving the productivity and competitiveness of business organizations, developing workplace culture, increasing the participation of young employees, and creating opportunities in labor relations that meet the interests and future goals of young people.
The trainers advised the selected company executives to pay special attention to ensure successful implementation of Modules 2 and 3 of the SCORE program, which is being implemented for the first time in the wool and cashmere industry.
Based on the recommendations of the international consultant, national trainers will implement Module 2, which will increase product quality, and Module 3, which will strengthen human resources, starting in September. They will work together to continuously improve human resources and increase quality and productivity, creating a benchmark model in Mongolia.
