Students of the University of Finance and Economics got acquainted with the cashmere industry

Students of the Business Administration and Production Management Department of the University of Finance and Economics today got acquainted with the activities of the Textile Technology Center, established under the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association with 100% funding from Italy, which has advanced techniques and technologies in the textile industry. The association’s administrations introduced the cashmere industry to the students, discussing sustainable textile production, waste-free, clean and safe production, and exchanging information on the development trends of the industry and Mongolia’s potential to produce competitive products in the global market.

In addition, a detailed demonstration of the production process of Cashmere Holding LLC, one of the second largest complex factories in the cashmere industry, is one of the goals of a series of training and events to provide students with comprehensive information about platinum cashmere and waste-free, clean, safe, and sustainable textile production.
