SKILL ASSESSMENT HAS BEEN DONE IN ORKHON PROVINCE
On September 20-21, 2024, the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association, together with teachers and assessment staff of the Labor Social Security Training, Evaluation and Research Institute, Mongolian Korean Polytechnic College, conducted a skill assessment for knitwear employees of Erdenet Cashmere and Natural Alpha companies.
The assessment and verification team has successfully organized the evaluation of the knowledge and skills of knitwear employees of IV-V level, and the external evaluation at the factories of the two companies in the countryside.
The managements of the local factories have expressed that they will make the qualification evaluation of other qualified workers step by step and document their level, paying great attention to increasing the job satisfaction and stability of the employees in the framework of social responsibility.
