IMPLEMENTATION OF MODULES 2 AND 4 OF THE “YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROMOTION PROJECT” HAS BEEN STARTED
The SCORE program of the “Youth Employment Promotion Project” YEP , funded by the Government of the Republic of Korea, aims to improve employer-employee cooperation and increase organizational productivity and governance. It is implementing a unique program in the Mongolian cashmere sector that has shown results in more than 30 countries.
If so, within the framework of the program, Module 1 was implemented with a focus on workplace collaboration, improving the productivity and competitiveness of enterprises, developing workplace culture, increasing the participation of young employees, and creating opportunities in labor relations that meet the interests and future goals of young people Module 2, aimed at increasing product quality, and Module 4, aimed at providing training and consulting services to empower human resources, have begun to be implemented.
The training aims to empower national trainers, implement ideas, develop human resources of selected companies to increase business profits, develop leaders who empower employees, solve problems in human resource development, and increase employee motivation and will look at topics that will make an important contribution to the further development and expansion of businesses and organizations, such as creating conditions for inspiration in the workplace.
