EXPANDING COOPERATION WITH SCHOOLS THAT TRAIN PROFESSIONALS

Executive Director of the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association Altantsetseg.D, Director of the School of Food, Light Industry and Design of the Mongolian State University of Science and Technology Ganzorig.N, Head of the Design Department Batsaikhan, Head of the Light Industry Technology and Engineering Department Bayar.M and exchanged views on the work being carried out to empower human resources in the textile sector and future cooperation.

Within the framework of this meeting, the parties discussed preparing the next generation of human resources in the textile industry, creating video content to promote the industry to high school graduates who are choosing careers in the light industry, Article 22.9.9 of the CITax Law was dedicated to supporting the activities of state and local educational institutions, and a work plan was developed to conduct joint training in the areas of product development, design, and innovation.

In addition, professional associations and training institutions should work together to improve the human resource or professional skills of the textile industry, and to improve the Mongolian National Classification of Occupations and Descriptions (NACOA). And on October 30-31, they discussed developing a plan for near- and medium-term activities, including organizing the Design Vitality event, and implementing it in phases.
