The Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association has created a new class of combined theoretical and practical training for 34 wool and cashmere technology employees of Cashmere Holding LLC, Khanbogd Cashmere LLC, Khan Cashmere LLC, and Shine Shijir LLC in the 2025-2026 academic year, without dismissing them from their jobs. This will allow employees to save time by applying the knowledge they have learned directly to the workplace while maintaining income and livelihood security. Additionally, being able to learn while working not only increases your ability to overcome any problem and your confidence, but it is also a great opportunity to improve your career without any cost or risk. As an employer, it has the advantage of training its employees while increasing the productivity of its organization.
Through hybrid training, many opportunities will arise, including improved partnerships between training institutions and employers, and students will directly gain stable employment and contribute to economic growth.
