    DECISION<\/b><\/p>\n

    The Technical Committee makes the final decision which is the product\u2019s renewal, grant, expansion or cancelation of the MNF certification mark based on the auditor\u2019s report. The Technical Committee has the following components.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry – 1 member<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Mongolian Agency for Standardization and Metrology – 1 member<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association \u2013 1 member \/Technical committee will make the decision by majority vote\/<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      CERTIFICATE<\/b><\/p>\n

      The Certification Office issues the certification mark which is valid for 1 year based on the<\/span><\/p>\n

      decision of the Technical Committee and auditor\u2019s report. The product name, certificate number, date<\/span><\/p>\n

      of issue and the validity period are included in the certificate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      LOGO and LABEL<\/b><\/p>\n

      The producers shall be entitled to use the labels and logos of the Mongolian Noble Fibre Mark on their products after to be\u00a0 certified the products as the Mongolian Noble Fibre certification mark. Be responsible for using the logos and labels in accordance with the Mongolian Noble Fibre guidelines.<\/span><\/p>\n

      CONTROL<\/b><\/p>\n

      Producer reports the production and sales of the product with MNF to the Certification Office once\u00a0 a quarter. The certification office shall carry out verification at least once a year, and the verification shall be as follows:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. a) To examine as verification in the production quality control system and shall be notified to the producer at least 7 days before in advance.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. b) To analyse any products in the processing and sales, and shall not be notified to the producer in advance.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Impartiality Statement of the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association<\/b><\/p>\n

        Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association has made this statement on the basis of full understanding of MNS ISO \/ IEC 17065: 2013 and certification valuation standards for the process to grant the certification mark \u201cMongolian Noble Fiber\u201d. This includes:<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. To make certifying staff in the MNF certification process not to be involved in the conflict of interest;<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. To not take an advantage as own membership in the processing;<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. To take measures to ensure that decision is not affected by any third party or individual, and provide conditions for independent decision-making;<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. To suspend and respond to any actions that have or may have affected the decision by the third individual or organization;<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. The all staff of the certification office declare that we always commit an operation in accordance with the principles of impartiality and constantly follow it.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
